The automatic bottle sorting machine is used to load the bottles into filling machine by air conveyor. Manually load bottles into the hopper, and then the bottle sorting machine will arrange the bottle and output one by one without crash.

The bottle sorting machine can be connected to the prodution line directly such as beverage filling machine. The capacity is from 8000BPH to 20000BPH. The speed is controlled by PLC. All the electric control and pneumatic components are world famous brand such as SMC / Festo, Mitsubihsi, Omron, Panasonic and etc.

3, Special designed bottle dropping groves can be suitable for small round bottles (within 600ml bottles) without change anything;
